I am super excited to be travelling with you on the 40-day, Get Out of your Own Way Journey.

The Get Out of Your Own Way 40-Day Journey is a part of the Master Your Life (MYL) series, which offers transformative experiences related to love and intimacy, career, money, entrepreneurship and total well-being. MYL is designed to awaken the answers already inside of you, and to provide you with the tools to conquer your fears and cultivate empowering new habits so that you can optimize your life. The 40-Day Journey is designed to challenge who you say you are and teach you how to operate from a place of authenticity and integrity. Over the next several weeks you will learn how to own your truth and exert your personal power in ways that serve your greatest and highest good. With each virtual coaching session, you will be building a Master Your Life Playbook – your manual for how you want to live your life.

Investing & Managing Your Time!

For six weeks, we will meet once a week via our video conferencing platform. These 90-minute sessions will be recorded and stored in our library, which you will have access to 24 hours a day during the 40-day experience. You will also need to allocate an additional 30 minutes per week for reflection to reinforce what we have covered and to get you ready for the next session.
